“Passing Down the Farm, the OTHER Farm Crisis” was based on our experiences helping farm families plan for the future of their farm business during and beyond their lifetimes.

In 2009,  using this interactive web site, we made some dramatic improvements to our farm succession system, one that puts farmers in charge of their own long term future.

Improvements  based on what we’d learned helping farmers over three decade create their organization’s future beyond the current generation.
