Dungeness Valley Creamery
This is a story about a conventional dairy farm making the transition to becoming an organic raw milk dairy.
Faced with cost pressures selling commodity milk powder for export, the Browns realized the couldn’t continue to sell at market prices and remain in business.
Working with WSU, they created a plan to reduce their herd and meet the difficult standards for selling raw milk, becoming one of the first producers in the state to do so.

I was pleased to find this video of one of my favorite places in Sequim, WA. This is where I buy my milk for the week and bring it back to Seattle where I live. I grew up in Pennsylvania on raw milk and am so very pleased to be able to purchase it again! Thank you! Dorothy Houk
