It seems that the vast number of articles and descriptions of the benefits of management leadership training are written by people who are marketing, selling, and delivering the management leadership training programs.

I guess that’s why they use the buzz words of “inspirational and dynamic” when they refer to the visage of the people who have attended one of the programs, read their books, or taken their online course.

However this does not mean you should play their game and hire them based on their self-created halo effect.
