Farm Associations Are Conquering Time and Distance

Farm associations regularly use Webinars to meet with their members remotely.

Common applications are industry updates, the effects of legislation, leadership development, and to bride the gap between their regularly scheduled face-to-face association events.

More and more often Webinars are being is viewed as a primary means of cutting travel costs and allowing members leverage the resources of their association without having to leave the farm for meetings.

Here are three ways I help associations connect with their members. Maybe one is worth considering for your group.

I act as the facilitator of the panel of subject matter experts and association members discussing farm succession issues. As a professional small group facilitator I keep the discussion focused and the conversation moving in the right direction.

I provide association members an interactive experience, a one-person-show if you will, where we’ll go through the elements of successfully creating and managing their farm’s succession process from A to Z.

 
In addition to the one-person-show above, we produce the entire event for associations who prefer a “turnkey” process. All the association staff has to do is promote the event to its members. All the members have to do is go to a simple web page where they can either interact online or get the phone number to call at the allotted time.
